Clinical Experience

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with deep experience supporting individuals, couples, and professionals in high-pressure roles. I've worked in settings including Capitol Hill, university counseling, hospital systems, and private practice, which gives me a grounded understanding of stress, responsibility, and the pressure to hold everything together.

Clients describe my style as warm, clear, and collaborative. I help you understand what is happening beneath the surface and support you in making changes that feel sustainable and real.

Therapeutic Approach

Therapy with me is collaborative and tailored. Together, we clarify what you want to shift and move at a pace that feels manageable and grounded. Our work creates space to explore experiences, understand patterns, and practice new ways of relating to yourself and others.

My clinical focus includes anxiety, burnout, identity and career transitions, relationship dynamics, and patterns that feel hard to change on your own. My work is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-based approaches, Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you are returning to the work, I will meet you exactly where you are.
