Invest in Yourself.
Therapy is an investment in your clarity, your relationships, and your life. If you are ready to stop spinning your wheels and start showing up fully for yourself, you are in the right place.
I believe in being upfront about fees. You should not have to email or schedule a consultation just to learn what therapy costs. Transparency from the start sets a steady and respectful tone for our work together. No surprises. No guessing.

I offer a free 15-minute consultation to talk through your goals and see if we're the right fit.
Quincy Therapy LLC works outside of insurance intentionally. Why? Because your growth shouldn't be limited by policy restrictions, reimbursement rates, or paperwork.
Many clients find that paying privately reinforces their commitment, because when you invest in yourself, you show up differently in every area of your life.
